- Condition: All items must be returned in new, unused, and unfired condition with all original packaging and components.
- Authorization Required: You must contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending anything back. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
- Restocking Fee: Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from your refund.
- Exchanges: We are happy to process exchanges for a different item at no additional charge, aside from any price difference.
