Is this the only part I need to finish my P80 frame?
This rail kit contains the essential metal rail components. To complete your build, you will also need a parts kit (commonly called a Lower Parts Kit or LPK) which includes all the pins, springs, trigger assembly, and other small internal parts. This rail kit provides the structural “bones” that the slide runs on and locks into.
How difficult is installation?
Installation is straightforward for a basic frame that has been properly milled according to Polymer80’s instructions. The front locking block and rear rail module are designed to drop into their respective channels. You will then secure them using the pins from your lower parts kit. No gunsmithing beyond basic assembly is typically required.
